A place to curl up.

They say a picture says a thousand words.... I have always wanted to have a window seat, to snuggle up with a blanket, soup and a book, on wet days, and watch the raindrops slide down the window panes, and soak the pretty cottage garden outside.

Thanks to DesignerSpaces.com for supplying the photo that shows exactly what I was thinking of!

Hi there, very nice to meet you! From Australia too ~ a place I haven't been to but would like to see sometime. Thank you for de-lurking on my blog...how did you find me? I always wonder how someone stumbles on to what I have to say.

What is a marine lawyer? Congrats on being a mum; you're about the same age as I when I had my first of 2 kids (they are just about to turn 14 and 15 now...*whew*). I have NEVER regretted having them at that age; you still have enough energy (sort of) to keep up but have done enough living you don't resent the little cuties.

It is nice to know where people are reading from, isn't it? Cheers from the Great White North!
